A towing company will be in touch with you within 48 hours once you submit your vehicle for removal. Once contacted, you will be able to arrange a date and time to have your vehicle picked up. In many cases, this can be done the same day!

I need to be present when my unwanted car is removed?
In most cases, you will not need to be at your vehicle when
it is removed. You should be able to leave all required documents
inside the vehicle. The tower can then take the vehicle without
you being present. Generally, the only time you would need to
be with the vehicle is if the vehicle is in a garage.

I have the title to the car, but the car is in a different location. Can you still remove it?
Yes. We are able to remove vehicles in all types of situations, including when a title is in a different location than the vehicle.

Yes, if you have multiple vehicles you will have to enter them into our website one by one. This way you will get a unique Claim ID for each vehicle that you can use to track its progress.

I have my unwanted car removed even if I have unpaid parking
tickets?
Yes. Your parking tickets will not prevent you from having your
unwanted vehicle removed. Parking tickets are connected to your
driver’s license, and are your responsibility to pay off.

In most cases, we can remove a vehicle off of highways.

What happens to vehicles you remove?
Where your vehicle will go differs from each of our recycling
yards. In one manner or another; your vehicle will be recycled.
In most cases, it is crushed for the scrap metal.

The salvage market in general makes money through recycling
vehicles. The Car Collection Company is no different; once your
information has been submitted to our service, it is then sent
to a towing company. The tower then picks up the vehicle and
we recycle the vehicle and we make money from the recycling
of the vehicle.

Who handles my vehicles final paperwork?
All the paperwork is handled at the holding facility that picks
up your unwanted vehicle, and they process that with your LTSA.

I need to be present during this process?
In most cases no; however, if we are unable to remove your unwanted
vehicle due to the location, you may need to be present.

If you can pickup vehicles without a title, why do you need mine?
It is true we can remove a vehicle regardless of a title, but
it pays to have a title if needed
